1. Where do the products ship from?

All products are fulfilled and shipped through a global print-on-demand network.
Your order is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address, which reduces shipping time and environmental impact.

2. Do you ship worldwide? 

No. Blessed Hope does not ship worldwide at this time. We currently ship only to the United States and Japan.

3. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time varies by region. Below are the average estimates:

Japan: 9–13 business days

United States: 4–6 business days

Delivery time includes processing, production, and shipping. These estimates may vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Why do items sometimes arrive separately?

Because we work with multiple production facilities, your items may be produced at different locations and shipped in separate packages. This helps ensure faster delivery for each item.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners and shipped by trusted local carriers.
You can track your package directly using the link provided — no additional account is required.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

All our products are made to order and enter production shortly after purchase.
Orders may be canceled or modified only before production begins.
Once an order enters production, it can no longer be canceled.

7. What is your return and exchange policy? 

All items are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or not picked up by the recipient

We kindly ask customers to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped free of charge.

Lost in transit

If a package is confirmed as lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Additional notes

  • Approved replacements do not require the original item to be returned
  • Refunds are not issued for made-to-order items unless required by law
  • Replacement processing times may vary depending on production and shipping location

 

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience  it’s rare but can happenPlease contact us immediately with photos of the problem. 
We will verify the issue and send a free replacement, no returns needed. 

9. What payment methods do you accept? 

Blessed Hope accepts all major secure payment methods available through Shopify, including:

  • Credit and debit cards 
  • PayPal (if enabled in your region) 
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay 
  • Shop Pay 

No payment information is stored on our servers. 

10. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes? 

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may be charged upon delivery.
These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Can I update my shipping address after checkout? 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

In rare cases, if an order has not yet entered production, we may attempt to request an address update. This cannot be guaranteed.

Once production or shipping begins, address changes are no longer possible, and we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or replacements due to incorrect address information.

12. What materials and print methods do you use? 

Our apparel is printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) technology.

This ensures:

• Vibrant colors
• Long-lasting prints
• Soft feel
• Eco-friendly, water-based inks

Materials vary by product and are listed on each individual product page.

13. How are your products packaged? 

Packaging may vary depending on the item and fulfillment location.

Most orders are shipped in:

• Eco-friendly mailers
• Protective cardboard envelopes
• Recyclable materials whenever possible

14. My tracking shows “delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do? 

Please follow these steps:

• Check if the package was left with a neighbor, building reception, or at a safe location
• Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct
• Wait 24–48 hours — carriers may mark deliveries as completed before final drop-off
• Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

15. Do you offer discounts or promotions? 

Yes! We periodically offer limited-time promotions and special offers.

Available promotions, including free shipping or multi-item discounts, are automatically applied at checkout when eligible and may change at any time. 

We recommend checking the cart or announcement bar for current offers.

16. My country is not on the shipping list. Will you expand in the future? 

We’re always exploring ways to expand our shipping options.

However, availability depends on factors such as production coverage, shipping reliability, and local regulations.

While we can’t guarantee expansion to every country, we appreciate your interest and encourage you to check back in the future.
